Application for registration.—Every cultivator of hemp carrying on the cultivation of hemp under licence shall make an application for registration to the Licensing Authority in Form F, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every bottle held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
