Intimation of change.—Every owner of land near an aerodrome shall intimate to the Airports Authority, in Form CA-1 and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Airports Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
