Surrender of certificate.—Every holder of an advance authorisation who ceases to carry on the import of inputs under an advance authorisation shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Reserve Bank in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form ANF-1 of the manner in which every unit held by him has been disposed of.
