Surrender of certificate.—Every keeper of a slaughter house who ceases to carry on the slaughter of animals shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Municipal Council in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every drain held by him has been disposed of.
