Intimation of change.—Every keeper of a slaughter house shall intimate to the Municipal Council, in Form B and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Municipal Council shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
