Intimation of change.—Every landholder shall intimate to the Revenue Divisional Officer, in Form 3 and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Revenue Divisional Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten rupees.
