Surrender of certificate.—Every interested person who ceases to carry on the claiming of compensation shall, within three hundred and sixty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Rehabilitation Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 3 of the manner in which every award held by him has been disposed of.
