Application for registration.—Every sports body carrying on the organisation of sport shall make an application for registration to the State Sports Council in Form B, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every federation held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
