Conditions of registration.—Every translator empanelled by the court shall carry on the translation of documents for the court only at the premises specified in the certificate of registration, shall keep every court fee stamp in his possession in a safe and proper manner and separately from anything of a different description, shall produce every such court fee stamp for inspection on request by the Nazir, and shall not part with the certificate of registration to any other person.
