Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the landlord shall apply to the Registrar of Co-operative Housing Societies in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Registrar of Co-operative Housing Societies shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
