Surrender of certificate.—Every landlord who ceases to carry on the letting of premises shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of Co-operative Housing Societies in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every tenancy agreement held by him has been disposed of.
