Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the distributor of films shall apply to the Press Council in Form VII for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Press Council shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
