Application for registration.—Every registered office keeper carrying on the keeping of a registered office shall make an application for registration to the Registrar of Companies in Form MGT-7, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every statement of affairs held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
