Intimation of change.—Every registered office keeper shall intimate to the Registrar of Companies, in Form INC-22 and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Registrar of Companies shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty thousand rupees.
