Surrender of certificate.—Every archaka who ceases to carry on the performance of rituals in a temple shall, within three hundred and sixty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Madhya Pradesh in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every account held by him has been disposed of.
