Intimation of change.—Every broadcaster of election advertisements shall intimate to the State Election Commission, in Form 8 and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the State Election Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
