Surrender of certificate.—Every broadcaster of election advertisements who ceases to carry on the broadcasting of election advertisements shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the State Election Commission in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 6 of the manner in which every advertisement held by him has been disposed of.
