Surrender of certificate.—Every counting agent who ceases to carry on attendance at the counting of votes shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Election Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 2A of the manner in which every register of voters held by him has been disposed of.
