Surrender of certificate.—Every ground handling agency who ceases to carry on the provision of ground handling services shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Kerala in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form CA-1 of the manner in which every cargo manifest held by him has been disposed of.
