Safe custody.—Every ground handling agency shall keep every remotely piloted aircraft to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the provision of ground handling services is carried on, shall record in Form CA-6 the description of every remotely piloted aircraft so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Government of Kerala within fifteen days of the close of each year.
