Surrender of certificate.—Every proprietor who ceases to carry on the use of a registered mark shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Copyright Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 18 of the manner in which every application held by him has been disposed of.
