Application for registration.—Every proprietor carrying on the use of a registered mark shall make an application for registration to the Copyright Board in Form 27, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of forty thousand rupees and a statement of every design held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for three hundred and sixty-five days from that date.
