Intimation of change.—Every deductor shall intimate to the Assessing Officer, in Form 3CD and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Assessing Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
