Application for registration.—Every web aggregator carrying on the display of insurance products on a website shall make an application for registration to the Council of Insurers in Form IRDA-7, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees and a statement of every certificate of insurance held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
