Surrender of certificate.—Every sponsor of a competition who ceases to carry on the sponsoring of a competition shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Madhya Pradesh in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every result held by him has been disposed of.
