Number of posts, classification and level in the pay matrix.—The number of posts of Assistant Commanding Officer in the Home Department, Government of Maharashtra shall be 40, subject to variation dependent on workload; and the said post shall be classified as a Group 'C' post in the Service, Non-Gazetted and Ministerial, carrying Level 2 in the pay matrix.
