Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the owner of a solar power plant shall apply to the Chief Electrical Inspector in Form VII for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Chief Electrical Inspector shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
