Intimation of change.—Every insolvency professional shall intimate to the Serious Fraud Investigation Office, in Form AOC-4 and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Serious Fraud Investigation Office shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred rupees.
