Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the sports agent shall apply to the Disciplinary Panel in Form A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Disciplinary Panel shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
