Application for registration.—Every allottee of evacuee property carrying on the occupation of evacuee property shall make an application for registration to the Sub-Registrar in Form 7, within three hundred and sixty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every register of documents held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
