Surrender of certificate.—Every intermediary who ceases to carry on the hosting of third party information shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Cyber Appellate Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every data breach report held by him has been disposed of.
