Application for registration.—Every intermediary carrying on the hosting of third party information shall make an application for registration to the Cyber Appellate Tribunal in Form D, within three days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every computer resource held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
