Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the fish farmer shall apply to the Director of Agriculture in Form D for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Director of Agriculture shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
