Intimation of change.—Every fish farmer shall intimate to the Director of Agriculture, in Form A and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Director of Agriculture shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
