Periodical returns.—Every infrastructure provider shall furnish to the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal, within seven days of the close of each year, a return in Form C of the establishment of telecommunication infrastructure carried on during that year, and a nil return where no such activity was carried on.
