Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the infrastructure provider shall apply to the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal in Form A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one lakh rupees, and the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
