Application for registration.—Every infrastructure provider carrying on the establishment of telecommunication infrastructure shall make an application for registration to the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal in Form B, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees and a statement of every wireless equipment held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
