Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the mutawalli shall apply to the Charity Commissioner in Form H for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees, and the Charity Commissioner shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
