Intimation of change.—Every manufacturer of fireworks shall intimate to the Superintendent of Police, in Form II and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Superintendent of Police shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
