Surrender of certificate.—Every copyright society who ceases to carry on the administration of rights by a copyright society shall, within one hundred and eighty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Copyright Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 5 of the manner in which every application held by him has been disposed of.
