Surrender of certificate.—Every bar licensee who ceases to carry on the sale of liquor for consumption on the premises shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Puducherry in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every licence held by him has been disposed of.
