Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the bar licensee shall apply to the Government of Puducherry in Form D for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Government of Puducherry shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fourteen days of the application.
