Intimation of change.—Every overseas citizen of India shall intimate to the Immigration Officer, in Form D and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Immigration Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
