Intimation of change.—Every legal practitioner shall intimate to the Government of Uttarakhand, in Form A and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Uttarakhand shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
