Surrender of certificate.—Every legal practitioner who ceases to carry on the practice of law shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Uttarakhand in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every process held by him has been disposed of.
