Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the generating company shall apply to the Appropriate Commission in Form V for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees, and the Appropriate Commission shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
