Application for registration.—Every generating company carrying on the generation of electricity shall make an application for registration to the Appropriate Commission in Form II, within seven days of the commencement of these bye-laws, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees and a statement of every licence held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
