Intimation of change.—Every generating company shall intimate to the Appropriate Commission, in Form II and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Appropriate Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
