Application for registration.—Every export oriented unit carrying on the manufacture of goods for export shall make an application for registration to the Export Promotion Council in Form SEZ-2, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every shipping bill held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and eighty days from that date.
