Surrender of certificate.—Every export oriented unit who ceases to carry on the manufacture of goods for export shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Export Promotion Council in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form FC-4 of the manner in which every importer-exporter code held by him has been disposed of.
